HP Envy windows10 will not play on the U level headset. Under Systems, Bluetooth, it shows Connected voice, music. Headset is on however the music, voice is still playing on the laptop not the headset. What do I have to do to get it to play on the headset? Help.

Thank you

Can you see your BT device on Bluetooth devices

If yes, you have to enable it

If No, you need driver for i. for example

Bahien, Thank you.  After re-reading your message several times I realized the word "enable" - was the key. I could not find Enable on the Device Manager. I then went to the sound icon on the task bar, right clicked and there it was checked the Samsung U level headset and guess what it works now. I have been searching for a resolution for 3 yrs. Thanks so much.
