Product: Unstable WiFi driver for Windows 10 (21H2) on HP ENVY 17TK200 CTO (Energy Star) 4thGEN
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ever since latest Windows Update (Version 21H2) the Wireless Network has become unstable. Trouble shooting with Microsoft led to their request for having me ask HP for a BIOS update and Wireless driver update. How can I contact HP to discuss this issue?

Do you know if your equipment has a Broadcom or Atheros wlan card?

You can find out if you type in the Windows search engine "Device Manager" and in the new window select "Network adapters".

there are BroadCom as well QualCom available from HP but for obvious reason Windows installed Realtek. This machine was clean built using Microsoft Media Creation Tool few years back. Its a pretty stable Development Workhorse for Visual Studio. All except for Wireless.
