Hi, i've been having a problem with my WIFI speeds for the last few days but only on my laptop, Sky Q Box, other Laptop and Ipod fine.
I've tried searching for malware with malwarebytes, searched with Avast, Microsoft Safety Scanner, updated Avast, Updated Windows, done a safeboot, checked router but nothing has worked. Tried switching the router off for 20mins nothing changed.
I tried google searches and was told to update my network adapter driver which i did and now i'm only getting one bar on the access logo. it's usually full 99% of the time
Does this show anything
Clicked diagnose no problem found.
It's saying the WIFI Adapter is working
I'm on Windows 8.1. currently only getting 8mbps it's usually over 30 to 60. has been changing over the days
Thanks for any help

As you can see on the second image, machine ONLY has bgn wifi adapter that why it is slow. Depending on what is it and its age, you MAY BE able to replace its wifi adapter.
Regards.

but having problems with install. the driver installs but in the device manager it shows with a yellow triangle. tried searching for updates none found. so tried the download driver from "http://weoo.cc/b6zp to install" they describe but it says it not compatible with my system for some reason.

thanks. i contacted them and they said
1. Delete all network card drivers on the computer
2. Download the driver package and see if there is a decompressed compressed package
3. After installing the driver package, insert it into the computer
I'm not sure i should do that

Hello @NeonZ
Did you download the driver or do you have the Mini CD ?
Quote: "
- Easy to Use: Before plugging the wireless network adapter into the USB port, please FIRST install drivers via MINI CD disc, or download driver from http://weoo.cc/b6zp to install. Once you've run the software, you can simply insert the internet dongle to get connected.

(5) Open the folder "1. Driver for Windows"
(6) Double click Setup (Setup.exe) file to start driver installation for "Maxesla Mini AC600 WiFi Dongle"
