Hello!

After I did an update from HP support asstanat today, my WIFI is not working!! I want to uninstall the update, but I don't know what to do! The cable only is working. I did install again trying to see if there were problmes through the installes the last time, but still not working.

My question is I want to uninstall all the updates I did, how I do that?

Greetings @Hamad_Alshalan,

Thanks for the post and Welcome to HP Forums.

I understand that you are unable to access wireless on your computer after an update, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Have you tried a system restore to an earlier date on your computer?

Is the wireless card listed in device manager?

If listed, please do a right-click on it and check if it is enabled.

Open network and sharing center by doing right-click on the network icon the taskbar.

On the network and sharing center screen, select the option on the left - change adapter settings.

This would display the network adapters on the computer.

Right-click on the wireless adapter and check if it is enabled and try to connect to your network.

Refer to this HP Guided troubleshooter for more information.

Let me know if this helped.
