Hello, this is Jainik Suthar.

I am facing an issue with my HP Laptop model 17-cn3012ci (7P4Y9EA) related to the Wi-Fi connection. The laptop connects to Wi-Fi for a few minutes, but after that, it shows as connected yet fails to load any content or search online. To fix this temporarily, I have to disconnect and reconnect to the Wi-Fi, after which it works for a short time before disconnecting again.

This issue has been ongoing for the past 9-10 months, but it has become increasingly frustrating now. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this problem.

Hi:

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a RTL8852BE Wi-Fi adapter.

HP PartSurfer

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP has for that model Wi-Fi adapter:
