Hi again, i downgraded my laptop to windows 7. And a, i installed the Wi-Fi drivers, by the webpage of drivers and works, but when i reboot, the wifi dont work anymore, i tried downloading, uninistalling, installing again too many times, and dont work. The Wi-Fi card are installed fine, and windows won't detect any bad. But dont work, shows a red icon an not detect Wi-Fi. Internet Card: bcm43142

Did you try pressing the F12 key to turn on the wireless?
The one with the airplane icon on the key.
That would be the only suggestion I can offer.
If the bluetooth driver didn't install, try the earlier version...

Sorry so much, but nothing of that drivers works, only Broadcom, but still not detecting Wi-Fi spots. How i tell it after, The wi-fi work as well, and i am connected on Wi-Fi, but when i reboot the Wi-Fi stopped working. I never dissasemble this notebook, it's new, in guarantee, but i dont wanna go to HP, do you have a solution?, i send this screenshots of the problem, and the driver of Bluetooth dont work 😞
