Hi:
I think it is a different name for the same card. You can see on the bottom left side of the label it shows BCM-1068.
Antenna 1 goes to the left side 'Main' terminal, and antenna 2 goes to the right side 'Auxiliary' terminal.
You can see where the 1 and 2 are printed on the label in this typical Broadcom AC card.
Why it is giving such erratic download/upload speeds, unfortunately, that I do not know.

Yes, that looks right to me.
I have no idea why you are only getting such a horrible DL speed.
You should be getting download speeds close to the max you are paying for with that card.
Even with the cables on the wrong terminals it should be better than that.
In the device manager, expand the Network Adapters device manager category, click on the Broadcom wifi adapter, and then click on the Advanced tab.
There might be some settings you can tweak to get better performance.
Make sure the power is set to max. I like to keep roaming set to lowest.
See this discussion and perhaps some of the suggestions will be of help to you.
If nothing else works, perhaps the card is defective.

It's working now. I guess it needed time to get synced with the modem? I didn't have to adjust any settings in the device manager under the advanced tab for my adapter properties. Yesterday it wasn't working great, but today it is. Go figure lol. Either way, I'm now getting the speed for my internet. Thanks so much.
Edit: Took out my ISP and IP address for the safety of my PC and network of course.
