I bought an HP laptop, but the Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. I've already tried connecting it directly with an Ethernet cable and using Wi-Fi, but the problem is the same. It always disconnects after a while. I also check for updates regularly.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to make sure the Wi-Fi adapter has the latest driver that HP has for it installed:

Here is the link to the download and the driver versions the driver will install:

sp173639.exe

MediaTek MT7921 Adapter Driver, version 3.0.1.1337
MediaTek MT7922 Adapter Driver, version 3.6.0.1425
MediaTek MT7920 Adapter Driver, version 3.6.0.1425
MediaTek MT7925 Adapter Driver, version 5.7.0.6054
MediaTek MT7902 Adapter Driver, version 3.6.0.1425
