I executed the sfc /scannow again and it found no error as shown below.

But after executing the command: msdt.exe /id WindowsUpdateDiagnostic, it showed this error and I don't know if it is important or not.

Thanks. I did the optional updates and there were 4 which successfully installed as shown below.
