You're very welcome.
If you look at the link that Laurens_1996 posted, the v1809 driver, which is the one I attached is listed as the 4th one down on the list.
Inside that driver setup information file, there is support for several RTL wifi adapters...here is a partial copy and paste of that file.
If your wifi adapter was not supported, the driver would not have installed.

I think it would be a good idea to keep checking that Microsoft Update catalog for future updates.
Realtek has been having a tough time getting the 8821 and 8822 wifi cards working correctly, so I think they will be hard at work releasing drivers that will actually work once and for all.
Hopefully, they are on the right track.

I have had the same problem and I am using the same wifi card.
However, I think I have found a solution.
I have upgraded the drivers to the following version (see picture).
In order to upgrade to this driver version one must update windows to build 1809.
The following link can be used to update the driver: https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=%09Realtek+Semiconductor+Corp.+Net
Let me know if it worked.
Hi Laurens,
Thanks for your info about the website.
Let me try and will let you know.
Cheers,
Hi Laurens,
Now I have installed the latest version of the Wifi driver for 8822BE -- 2024.0.8.105 (4/12/19 WIndows10 Build 1809 ) .
I'll monitor if it really works this time.
By the way, you earlier mentioned that you are using the same Wifi card model, but I've check your version of the driver you mentioned i.e. 2024.0.8.103 in the Website and found that there was only one there but for 8821CE, which was different from mine.
Cheers,

Hi Paul,
Thanks so much for your info and shared file.
After updating the driver with your shared file, I noticed that the version of the driver was 2024.0.9.101 (corrected) which was matched with the version for 8821CE and I've still experienced Wifi connection lost. Therefore, I rolled back to the earlier driver version and then updated with 2024.0.8.105 (4/12/2019 WIndows10 version 1809), which is the latest version for 8822BE.
Until now I have not experienced connection lost yet, but still have to keep monitoring more if it really works.
Cheers and Thanks,
P.S. The 4th one in the list: Update detail was like this

Hi,
Let me update after updating the 8822BE driver to the latest version of 2024.0.8.105 (from the Microsoft Update Catalog website) for a few days. Unfortunately, I have still been experienced Wifi connection lost from the home Wifi very often, ranging from a few miniutes to hours interval.
In addition, I have also used Wideshark to trace Wifi activities and could observe many TCP packet retransmission, which may be assumed as a possible cause of connection lost incidents.
Any comments or suggestion?

Dear Kobhsc,
I am sorry to hear that your wifi is not functioning properly.
Is your wifi network on 5 Ghz or 2.4 GHz?
If your wifi network is on 2.4 Ghz I recommend putting it (if possible) on 5 Ghz.
Furthermore, is your bluetooth turned on when you are using the wifi?
I ask this due to the fact of known interference between 2.4 Ghz and bluetooth.
I hope this provides new insight on your situation.

Hi Laurens,
My home Wifi is dual bands i.e. both 2.4GHz and 5GHz.
Unfortunately, "No internet" problem has recurred for both bands.
I had also used Wifi Analyzer application to monitor the channels that my home wifi router was using.
And changed both frequency bands to use in less jammed channels.
My bluetooth is always on. I'll try turning off when at home this evening.
(As far as I'm concerned, with proper design, bluetooth should not interfere the Wifi.)
Now I'm at work and connecting the Wifi using the laptop but no problem with "No Internet" problem things.
Cheers,

@Victor_MC wrote:Hi guys. I am having an absolutely the same problem with my brand new HP Pavilion 13-an0031ur that has Realtek RTL8822BE 802.11ac on board.
And yes, when it's charging seems that everything's ok.
A big request to the HP guys - please solve that problem ASAP, contact Realtek, if necessary. Otherwise I ll have to insist on returning the product.
Hi Victor,
Until now after struggling with the problem and experienting with many possible actions to help fix the problem, but still no hope. I really agree with you that HP should take the responsibility to solve the problem.
Not just let customer struggle with the problem with no solutions.
Our experiences may be enough proof that RealTek RTL8822BE 802.11ac adapter card seems to improperly function (or in other words i.e. "defective")

Hi Laurens,
I've just tested the Wifi connection while Bluetooth was off but the "No Internet" problem has recurred.
