I have installed this latest version from microsoft update catalog through 7zip but nothing actully changed . And have updated my system aswell with all the incoming updates now.

Unfortunately, I've run out of ideas for you to try.

 

You can use the cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive to factory reset your notebook, but that would be the only software option left to try.

 

Here's an info link for how to use the utility.  Make sure that you back up any files you don't want to lose before using the utility.

If the recovery fails (which it sometimes does), you can also make a plain W11 installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below (2nd option).

I have got a clue and i don't know what's happening now would you please explain me.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know why there is a discrepancy between the version on the driver tab and the one in your screenshot.
