My WIFI gets disconnected often while all other device connected to that WIFI router works properly. This issue arisen after the suggested system and bios update. I have manually uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it several times and also updated it from HP sites, but the issue persists. I have also run the hp system diagnosis check, but it seems ok. Please help me to resolve the issue.

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with and what is the Wi-Fi driver version and date that is currently installed?

HP Recommended

It is realtek RTL8822CE updated to latest version

but that too not resolved my issue.

This is the latest version of the driver that HP currently has available:

2024.10.230.2

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp157001-157500/sp157102.exe

If that is the version of the driver your notebook currently has installed, unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

The notebook has a BIOS whitelist which prevents the installation of different model Wi-Fi cards from working, so that isn't an option.

Thank you for the suggestion I will try that.

I checked with the version installed it is 2024.10.228.3.
