In the current error situation:

Could you please send me a screenshot of the windows device manager, again ?

Open the list of <network adapters>

Go to device manager and open advanced settings of WiFi card. Disable 5G and set 2.4 on b/g/n only. Your problem should be solved. Good luck!

It only worked for 10 secs and cut out again. I have a message under the General tab saying  - windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (code 43). I also have a yellow triangle showing against the driver Intel WiFi 6 Ax201 160mhz.

I contacted HP support and they replaced my wifi card on the laptop under the warranty today.  I hope this fixes the issue. I will try to keep you posted.
