@V07, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
t seems you are experiencing an issue with the WiFi icon on your HP ENVY x360 laptop with an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot this problem:
Check Wireless Settings: Ensure that the wireless functionality is enabled on your laptop. Sometimes, wireless connectivity might be turned off using an external button or through software settings.
Network Troubleshooter: Use Windows 10 or any other version of Windows you are using network troubleshooting feature:
- Right-click the network icon in the system tray and select "Troubleshoot problems".
Enable WLAN Drivers: Your WLAN driver may be disabled. To enable it:
- Open "Device Manager" by typing "device manager" in the taskbar search box and selecting the Device Manager app.
- Find "Network adapters" and ensure your wireless adapter is enabled.
Update WLAN Drivers: Make sure your drivers are up to date:
- Go to "Device Manager" > "Network adapters".
- Right-click your wireless adapter and select "Update driver".
Check for Windows Updates: Sometimes, updates can fix glitches or bugs related to icons and drivers. You can check for updates in "Settings" > "Update & Security".
Restart PC: Simply restarting your laptop can resolve minor issues.
I hope this helps.
