Wifi is not stable. Needs reboot. Then temporary wifi again.

There is this problem:

Device PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4365&SUBSYS_2230103C&REV_01\0000DBFFFFF538B100 requires further installation.

Hardware: Broadcom BCM43142 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter

Device Location: PCI Slot 2 (PCI bus 8, device 0, function 0)

Driver provided by Broadcom : File version 2016.11.22.0, Driver version 7.35.352.0

Not sure if it was updating from  Windows 7 to Windows 10 that caused the problem. It used to work well.

Appreciate help to solving the problem.

See if this works.

Download and save the HP W10 driver for your notebook's wifi card.

7.35.351.0    Oct 25, 2016

Go to the device manager, click to expand the Network adapters device manager category, right click on the problematic Broadcom wifi adapter.

Select Uninstall and check the uninstall driver box.

Restart the PC and install the HP driver you saved.

Windows will then update the driver back to 7.35.352.0, but I am hoping that uinstalling the driver will remove the cause of your dilemma.

The other option would be to replace/upgrade the wifi card if your notebook has two antenna cables connected to the Broadcom card in there now.
