Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The wifi option does not show up, my network adapter (Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201) doesn't work. I've updated drivers, restarted the laptop, disabled, then enabled the adapter, everything is only a temporary fix.

(2) AX201 wireless adapter must be replaced

(3) Service required

HP warranty valid -> Contact HP Support for service repair

HP warranty expired:

If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.

Good luck
