(1) ! Important ! Please create a windows restore point !

(2) Update BIOS

(3) Uninstall your current wireless device

- windows device manager

- select your wireless device (realtek wireless, intel wireless ...)

- right click and select uninstall device

- confirm uninstallation ( if needed )

- ! DO NOT REBOOT !

(4) Install wireless driver ( choose what you have uninstalled before, Intel or Realtek )

When I uninstall wireless device from device manager, all connection gets lost and it doesn't even show the wifi and mobile hotspot option.

 If there's no internet connection how will I be able to install new wireless driver as you mentioned in step 4?

Also, do I need to do a system restore at some point?

Flight mode is disabled.  Troubleshootings says Internet can not be connected because there's a missing driver. After restarting, the driver reappears and gets connected to internet

(2) If the wireless driver is now running, create a restore point in windows, this is important !

hi!

I tried this method but unfortunately it didn't work. I still can't get connected to WIFI from my room. Here is a screenshot of Netspot when the laptop was right next to router. (yellow marked one is mine).

- Double click you wireless device there and send screenshot of all tabs in the popup window.
