I am not able to connect my bluetooth headset (Samsung level U) to my HP laptop (HP 15-ac033TX ). The laptop is not even showing the headset whenever i am switching on the bluetooth switch of headset. The headset is working properly and it shows the bluetooth device on mobile phone whenever i am using it with my mobile phone ( I am using in mobile by downloading Samsung level U application from Google play store) .
My laptop bluetooth is working properly with other devices like mobile phones.
Could you please help me in solving this problem.

Some BlueTooth devices require certain button presses to place them into "pairing mode".
I'd check the directions for the headphone to see if this is the cause of the issue.

Thanks for the help.
I have paired the bluetooth of my headset to my laptop successfully but still it shows "Setup Incomplete. Connect to Internet". But i have already connected to internet.
Also, for the first two days it worked perfectly well but now this problem arise.
Could you please help me on this issue.

you can't connect the Level U with the windows PC, you can only connect it with your mobile phone or Mac PC. Thank you

Just Press and hold play/pause/call Button of your Samsung Level U headset and press search for new devices from your PC.
