And I have followed those directions I don't know how many times. It keeps saying connected, no internet.

I'm really serious about getting this issue resolved. I have State and Federal Government business that I really need to take care of. It's costing me daily fines by not getting this fixed.

Hello @Skyhawk454

This is a peer-to-peer forum, not HP support. I do not work for or represent HP.

Try to connect to a temporary smartphone wireless hotspot ( simple passwort with or without encryption ). Does this work ?

Good afternoon

I really appreciate all the help you have giving me, but nothing was working and I want to apologize for getting agitated and upset. I was wrong to do that because I knew that you really were trying to help.

Using my phone as a hot spot wouldn't work either because the laptop didn't have a working WiFi.

It hit me during my sleep time that any repairs we were trying to do, there were always some files missing. This morning I went to Microsoft Support on a different computer and downloaded the Windows 11 22h2 IOS file to a portable hard drive. I then followed Microsoft's directions to unpack and reinstall Windows 11. I am happy to say that this fixed my WiFi problems.

Thanks again for your assistance in working on my problem.
