Hi, @hatemrady
What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?
If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters category and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.
CQ58 notebooks either come with combination Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapters or Wi-Fi only.
There is no separate Bluetooth module in your PC.

Hi:
Yes, that model adapter is a combination Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card, but the problem is the Bluetooth in that card completely disappears in W10 (not supported) and there is no fix other than to go back to W7 or W8 (whichever OS your PC came with) or purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.
The Ralink Bluetooth only worked the first couple of years W10 came out and after that, W10 updates caused it to quit working--even with the driver installed.
There was only one W10 BT driver released for that model card in June of 2015.
Here's the driver but if you don't see a Bluetooth device manager category in the device manager (which you probably don't), the driver will be of no use.

Like I wrote, I already knew that it wouldn't work.
I have given you your options to have Bluetooth.
Go back to the version of Windows that your notebook came with (not recommended).
Purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter or do without Bluetooth.
