What I did to fix my Bluetooth issue is I went to the device driver. Made sure it was there in Bluetooth and in sound what I was trying to connect.  I disconnected them by uninstalling them the Bluetooth device in both the Bluetooth section and in the sound section. After that restated my computer. I them went to system setting and went to sound and went to volume mixer. I looked at where it said apps and looked to see if the connect Bluetooth device was there. Then I noticed it wasn't and I clicked on the reset sound and device and volumes for all apps. I then saw it on the apps list in volume mix. If that doesn't help, I have more options that might help.
