I dont know if I have already said but have you gone to device manager and uninstall everything thats conencted to wireless device?? Then restart your computer and see if that does anything...Also check if the service is actually started in adminstration tools...

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh994698(v=ws.11).aspx see if that makes any sense...

Your picture dint show up. Make sure you are intalling it in the correct directory ie Programe Files first. I also reccommend unistalling the wireless original driver ie by device manager then reboot your computer then re-install again. If not plug in directly to router and install it that way if possible.

Have you tried a system restore to store it back to a earlier point? When has the wifi worked and when did it stop working? If you cant then you may need to do a fresh installation.

today it was working without problem

i installed a new windows and cant install the driver

HP Recommended

Have you actually unzipped all the files for the driver that you downloaded it? Try unzipping the driver in a single folder then click setup from there (put directory into Programe Files c:) see if that works for you.

Also make sure you have downloaded the correct driver for your operating system as well as sometimes that can cause problems if it aint for the correct one also check 32bit or 64bit driver.
