Hi, I'm trying to download a lost animal database from the internet but it just keeps saying the files cant be downloaded safely. 

I hope someone can help me with this issue, thank you

Hi:

 

The site you are downloading the file from is probably a http: site and not a https: site.

 

See this link and follow the instructions from Firedog...

You can also do this without having to change any settings...
