this is a relatively new computer HP 14-r024TX Notebook and has barely been used. now the wifi conncetion is not working. im getting a message of "connecting to a network is taking longer than usual" and then it will not connect . I am picking up the routers signals but when i click on it . it will not connect? whats the problem ? thanks to all that will respond.

Hi Jose ,
This error normally happens when the Network Key/password is wrong .Please ensure you are using right Network Key
If you are able to connect to other networks(Unsecured Networks ) , than the right people to help you with this would be your Router Manufaturer .

It picks up router signals strength but does not to continue to connect . so the router /s i pick up are not the problem. And also, passwords i enter of the routers are correct too because i checked them on my other laptops.
