Here is the wifi driver
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp82501-83000/sp82801.exe
AMD graphics driver
https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/apu?os=Windows%207%20-%2032
The USB driver is included in the Chipset driver
https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows%207%20-%2032
Good luck! I say that because HP only supports Windows 10 in your notebook. Installing Windows 7 or Linux can be a bit of a hassle as you have discovered.

How about using the device manager to identify the model and manufacturer of the driver card reader?
Once you have done that it should be pretty simple to search for a windows 7 driver for it.

Do you really need it?
Most people don't even connect media cards to their notebooks.
Now that you have the wifi and USB drivers your notebook is useful again.
Read the following tutorial. It will give you the knowledge you need to try finding the driver on your own.,

Hi, @gunns
I have zipped up and attached the PSP 2.0 driver you should need below.
Download and unzip the file to its folder.
Don't do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager, click on the AMD PSP 2.0 device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.
Then restart the PC.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file, which shows support for that device.

From your last screenshot, I don't see that you are missing the SD card reader driver, but on your original one, you are.
The device you see listed in your first screen shot labeled as a PCI Device is the Realtek SD card reader that needs the driver installed.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the SD card reader driver directly from Realtek.
Download, unzip and run the setup application from the 1st file listed at the link below...
