May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

I started the laptop for a Zoom meeting and found that no emails would download to the Mail client since Jan. 1, 2021. I tried all of the instructions I could find to no avail. Finally, I installed Thunderbird email and it works fine. MAYBE Microsoft wants to charge for the Mail client now that I've been using it for a while. Mail was on the laptop when I bought it, so i didn't install Thunderbrd at the time. My last option to fix the problem was to contact Microsoft, because you can't change settings on Mail (not that I could find anyway).
