This printer does not include Copy Resize options on the printer using the printer's control panel buttons.

What do do?

• Scan the content -
• Save as a Photo / Image file
• Print at the size you want it done.

Note that printing to desired Scale (percentage of 100%) is easier in Windows --

There are more Windows apps and software that understand the concept of Scale printing, including HP Smart, Adobe Reader (PDF), Microsoft Photos, Paint, and Photo Editing Software, and others.

HP Smart - Mobile - tends to print the image at the size of the paper.

and

Check your Mobile App store for an application that can print at desired size / Scale.

You might be able to use HP Smart Mobile > Copy > your device's Camera > and perhaps change the size as you save the file.  ??
