Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I have purchased hp-15-ba025au yesterday. After installing Windows 10 64 bit, I found that wifi is missing.  I am not seeing Wifi under device manager. Though I can see bluetooth.

 

I am seeing one "Network Controller" under "Other devices". Not sure if it would help.

The parts list for your notebook indicates it comes with a Realtek RTL8723BE-VB 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter.

Below are the links to the wireless and bluetooth drivers you need for that model wlan card...

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8723BE/RTL8188EE wireless LAN Controller in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

 

File name: sp75614.exe

Can anyone help in identifying what needs to be done so that I can have an active wifi network on my laptop. Without wifi, this laptop will be useless for me. HELP....
