hey all..

 

my laptop can't connect to my mobile share hotspots... and i also found this issue "unknow device" from device manager. 

 

""The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.""

 

and click inside to check the "detail" then come out this -- ""acpi/ven_hpq&dev_6000""

 

please help .. thanks

If not, see if the steps in this post work...this model has the same 6000 hardware ID as yours.
