Yes, trying to turn on the Bluetooth with the Ubuntu installer should work for you.
One of those unknown devices could possibly be the Bluetooth adapter in need of a driver.
I'm going to give you links to some of the drivers you need that are missing.
After you install those drivers, if you post the hardware IDs for the remaining devices that need drivers, I will see what drivers you need for those.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:

The first thing I would try is what the person wrote in the solution shaded in green--disable and re-enable the BT device in the BIOS.

OK...
One of them is the Intel Bluetooth device (the second one).
Unfortunately, Intel and HP no longer have the Intel 7260 Bluetooth driver available anymore.
Fortunately, I had saved both the last Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers Intel released for the 7260 Wi-Fi adapter because I have the same one.
Download, unzip and run the Bluetooth driver in the Intel 7260AC WiFi & Bluetooth Drivers.zip file.
SkyDrive - OneDrive (live.com)
The first unknown device you posted needs this driver.
This package provides the Intel Smart Connect Technology driver for supported notebook models running a supported operating system. The Intel Smart Connect Technology driver enables the system to resume from sleep mode and update supported web applications such as email. The system enters sleep after the update is completed.

As far as the HP HS3110 WWAN adapter with the yellow triangle...try manually installing the driver I gave you since it appears to not have completely installed.
To do that, go to the device manager, click on the HP HS3110 device with the triangle issue.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver. Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp78749.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
