i am unable to pair any on the bluetooth device my speaker,my mobile, my airpod,etc and same with my mobile it is unable to find my device.

 

 

my hardware id :   USB\VID_0CF3&PID_3121&REV_0001

my device version:  8.0.1.350

my pc model:  HP 15 NOTEBOOK PC

You need this bluetooth driver for that device...

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Qualcomm Atheros bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
