i got a prablem

The under drivers are unknown to me

hardware ids:

ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_3400

ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_6001

ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_3403

PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6660&SUBSYS_81F2103C&REV_83

my system is windows 10 -32bit

please help me...

Hi, @heroooooo :

 

HP only supports your model for W10 or W7 64 bit operating systems.

 

The 32 bit drivers that might work from the support page are these...

 

PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_B723:

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8723BE/RTL8188EE wireless LAN Controller in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp77501-78000/sp77548.exe

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek bluetooth in the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp76001-76500/sp76419.exe

 

ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_3400:

 

This package contains the driver that enables the Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework firmware. Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework provide system temperature and power utilization information for the system thermal protection to function properly. This package is provided for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

There are no W10 32 bit drivers for the AMD graphics adapter (PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6660)...not even from AMD.

 

You will need to install W10 64 bit if you want the notebook to work right.
