Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

iam using windows 10 eeducation on my hp 15 notebook

but no hotspot option and yet it access wifiCapture.JPG

@izo_Jr, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Disconnect any ethernet cable connected to the PC and try again.

Which version of Win 10 OS are you using?

Right-click Start>run 

Type in winver and Press OK 
Note the build and version number and paste in the next reply.

Run the Windows network troubleshooter

Select the Start button, and then select Settings  > Network & Internet  > Status > Network troubleshooter, and choose from the options. 

 

Also, check for any pending Windows update.
