I have been having consistent issues with my HP Connection Manager so I decided to uninstall and then reinstall it. The only problem is that, upon reinstalling, an error popped up saying it could not go further because "no WWAN device detected". I'm connected to wifi right now so I don't see what the issue is. Product name: HP Pavilion g6 Notebook PC Serial number: [Personal Information Removed] Product number: A2F43AV

Hi,
WWAN and WLAN are two different things and currently you are using WLAN (wifi) but not WWAN. And probably your machine does not have WWAN module. Please use the latest HP Connetion Manager:
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp54501-55000/sp54945.exe
Hope the message will go away. More info about WWAN:
