Hi, Martyna:
You'll have to open up the notebook and let me know how many antenna wires are connected to the Broadcom card.
One or two.
Most of the notebooks that came with that model card only have one Wi-Fi antenna connected to that model dual band card which limits your options to only one other model card that will work with one antenna wire.
Below is the link to the service manual:

Hi, Martyna:
It looks like there are two antenna wires underneath the Wi-Fi card.
Is that correct?
I see in chapter 5, pages 31-32 of the service manual for the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure that after you remove the SSD/Wi-Fi card bracket screw and remove the Wi-Fi card, you have to flip it over to remove the antenna wires.
Be very careful when removing and replacing the antenna wires. They are very thin and delicate as you can see.
This video for another model notebook shows the proper way to remove the antenna wires.

If there are two wires, you have a couple of options:
You can install the Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 802.11 ac 2×2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter HP part number 793840-005, that is listed in the service manual.
You can probably find one on eBay if you search by the HP part number.
Another card you might want to experiment with is this much newer model:
Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro HP part # L35282-005.
