Hi @abhishekjn,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Error code 00000bc4 typically indicates a problem with the HP printer driver or with the printer spooler service. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue.
- Restart your computer and the printer. Sometimes this can clear up any temporary glitches.
- Check that the printer is properly connected to the network and that it is turned on.
- Check that the printer drivers are properly installed on your computer. You can do this by going to "Devices and Printers" in the Control Panel, right-clicking on the printer, and selecting "Printer Properties". From there, go to the "Drivers" tab and make sure that the correct drivers are installed.
- If the drivers are installed correctly, try reinstalling them to ensure that they are not corrupted.
- Check the printer spooler service on your computer. You can do this by going to "Services" in the Control Panel and looking for the "Print Spooler" service. Make sure that it is running and set to start automatically.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
