What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?

The drivers on your notebook's support page are not the most recent ones available.

realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCLe adaptor

This is the latest driver HP has for the RTL8822CE Wi-Fi adapter:

Version 2024.10.229.0      05/16/2024

even after updating to the latest driver provided by you I'm still facing the same issue its not working unless and until i power drain it and after a normal shutdown the issue occurs again

Sorry, that installing the latest Wi-Fi driver didn't help.

Other than replacing the Realtek Wi-Fi card with a better model, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

If you want to replace the Wi-Fi card, this one should work:

Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E 2x2 AX + Bluetooth 5.2 M.2 2230 non-vPro   HP part # / SPS # M27269-005
