Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I can connect my lap through ethernet cable but my laptop's bluetooth and wifi are missing from everywhere. i tried installing and updating network drivers but the issue sustains.  Please help me out

The adapter may have failed, become loose, or turned off in the BIOS.

 

So

GetMAC and Ping.png

 

I would try the commands above and post the results please.

When i tried cmd "getmac" it shows media disconnected
