follow up of this problem.

I tried to update the driver of the realtek wifi card through device manager,choosed manual update,then drivers on my computer,I found that the card use a driver by  realtek,and that there is a driver from microsoft in the list.I choosed microsoft driver and made the update.the problem seems to be solved and the wifi internet speed is at it's high range after sleep and wake up.

I contacted hp support.Not much helpfull>they want me to factory reset my laptop and so reinstall and reconfigure all my apps and data...etc which is much time consuming and not sure if it will solve the problem.
