Hello i am having an issue trying to find (missing)  usb . my system is not detecting it, have tried software updates many times , figured out as ( Unknown device), hardware ids ( ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_6000), device instance path ( ACPI\HPQ6000\3&B1BFB68&0) location (on PCI express Root Complex). updates didnt help. hp 8GB usb 3.0 . please help

Hi:

 

That is the 3D driveguard device that is missing the driver. 

 

It is very difficult to get that device to install.

 

You can try a couple of suggestions at the links below that have worked for others.
