Hi,
In fact, the only important point is to install the HD 4000 Intel driver before the AMD Radeon Driver.
No, you don't have to reinstall all. Just go in the device manager / Display adapters, click right on the AMD RAdeon HD 8600M series and select "unistall", do the same with the HD 4000 driver. Restart the computer. In the dispaly adapter, you must have only the VGA device.
Then install the HD 4000 Intel driver, restart the computer. Install the AMD Radeon driver and all works fine.

To remove the exclamation mark try these steps (note the order as it is important):
Remove all the display adapters (uninstall them from device manager; also remove the device driver files by checking the box when installng;
this will revert back your PC to VGA only adapter; restart if required)
Download and install the Latest Intel HD Graphics for your PC via the intel's automatic driver update site :
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect?iid=dc_iduu
or if you know for sure that your PC has a HD 4400 graphics compatible processor download from here:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=23405
Restart the PC if required.
Download the AMD graphics driver: 13-9_mobility_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql
http://www2.ati.com/drivers/mobile/13-9_mobility_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql.exe
Note: You need to use a download manager so that you can change the referrer to amd.com site otherwise the dowload wont work
(use the same url as the referrer site)Install this and restartThen installamd_catalyst_13.11_mobility_betav9.5 from http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows+7+-+64
Restart. This should fix the exclamation icon and you should be able to see the Switchable graphics option too.
Assumption: You are using Windows 7 64 bit & n003tx hp pavilion 15.
The order of the steps above should be more or less the same for similar hp models.
Hope that helps.
Cheers,
Vivek

well in past few days i have tried catalyst 13.11 beta 9.2 and beta 9.4 but no luck with that only i could installed properly is catalyst 13.9, and i think it is the only stable version right now (although some had updated to beta 9.5 i think ) ,
and also if you download amd auto detect installer it will tell you the version of driver to be dowloaded ,so do install auto driver and run it while disabling intel hd graphics(and enable it after detection) .
and like me if you din't find catalyst 13.9 on amd sites try softpedia.com it has 13.9 version.
and tell me it works ..
and its really annoying that non of hp support helps us in that matter:(

tl;dr
13.9 Works and is Windows 7 Certified:
Download the AMD graphics driver: 13-9_mobility_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql
http://www2.ati.com/drivers/mobile/13-9_mobility_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql.exe
Note: You need to use a download manager so that you can change the referrer to amd.com site otherwise the dowload wont work
(use the same url as the referrer site)'
Use a custom referrer here: http://www.adfreeproxy.com/edit-browser.php
and download your file OR use a download manager which allows you to change the refferer.
