SOLVED AT LAST !
Thanks to Microsoft Community: SheldoreD Link =
In brief:
1. Search for "device installation settings" and run it
2. In options: For driver, check: "No, Let me choose what to do"
"Never install driver software from Windows Update
"Automatically get the device app and info provided by your device manufacturer
3. Save changes
4. Go to Device Manager (right click mouse on Windows start button
5. Go to Display adapters, expand for see your "good VGA" for instances ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470, right click over it, and Uninstall, check for "delete driver software for the device"
6. Install your manufacturer Display VGA drivers if there are not for Windows 10, do that in "Compatibility Mode" for the Windows version tested (usually Windows 7)
7. Choose to manual update of driver selecting the aproppiated route for the drivers
and... almost done...
8. Download:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/F/2/2/F22D5FDB-59CD-4275-8C95-1BE17BF70B21/wushowhide.diagcab
This is for preventing Windows 10 automatically install drivers....
9. Run wushowhide, uncheck "apply repairs automatically"
10. Click on hide updates
11. Check all the updates / drivers who may aply... for no Update
AND VOILA !
I have my "old" HP Pavillon dv6-3077 working with the ATI AMD HD 5470.
And Windows Update does not going and going Updating the drivers.
Thanks to SheldoreD
Maybe this worked for all !

Don't Panic. Take it easy.
I has the same issue several times.
I think is W10 tryng to go for his own drives.
So: wait a time so W10 get their drivers installed.
If nothing happens close your laptop (to go x hybernation) en then open it again.
Or do a hard reset pressing the power to get off your laptop en then power on again.
You must install first all the updates for W10 en then reset your machine and do again the sugested procedure. May be do first the second part (w...hide).
See the original post, maybe there will be more information.
Greetings !
