HP ZBook 15 with a BIOS password.
Model: F3Y90C#ABU
No halt code. It allows me to enter a password, then after 3 times tells me it is wrong and the system is locked and I must power off.
I've tried the tools below but it didn't work. I used the shotgun option but it's still not working 😞

I've also removed the RTC battery from the laptop for 2 hours to see if that cleared it but it didn't work. ALL help appreciated!

Copy.
I still have not found one yet.
But lets try this.
Remove AC and battery.
Remove memory cover and any memory under the cover.
You should now see something covering the system board."Black strip or part# label."
Remove that strip.
Look for some gold colored contacts that may look like this.
It may say RTC Reset or CLR.
Use a small flat head screwdriver to short the 2 contacts."DO it 3-4 times."
