Hello
I have upgraded to my laptop to windows 10 and i have a could of issies with it whcih may all be related ...
1st DVD Drive has Stopped Reading Disc
2nd The Volume mute button doesn't chnage colour alway shows as orange
3rd The Base System Device Driver is Missing
Any help would be greatfully recieved.

2) Please update the BIOS for The Volume mute button issue
3) Install below drivers for Base System Device

You need this driver for the base system device...
The JMicron Media Card Reader Driver enables the integrated media card slot in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

For the volume mute button issue, the only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W8.1 IDT audio driver from your PC's support page and see if that resolves the problem.
For the DVD drive issue, the only suggestion I can offer would be to try performing the steps listed under resolution 4 at the link below...
