THE black screen occurs only when i try to update or recover the bios.

aside that the hp bios comes on and freezes

20150113_105037.jpgi removed the battery and the power cord, when i put them back together again it comes back to the old issue, it comes on and freezes at the bios.

as shown on the image above

How about when the battery is removed and you have the power adapter powering the notebook.

 

With that configuration, can you boot into Windows without the BIOS hanging?

when i remove the battery the machine still hangs with the bios as shown

could any of the internal batteries course such a problem?

It is more likely that the BIOS rom file is corrupt. Sometimes a hard disk with a controller problem can cause something similar to this. Can you remove the hard disk and then start it up with only the power adapter conected?

i removed the hard disk and started it up but still having the same problem
