HP G60 Notebook PC/Product Number: WA574UA-ABA. The Operating System is Windows 7.

Im having a problem with the built in webcam. Ive looked at all the forums about this topic and there are non quite like mine issue. I will do my best to describe my issue with my computer.

Best buy warrenty is up, and they are the ones who caused this problem because i sent this computer to them for repairs.

(Best buy sent the laptop to the manufacture to get my keyboard replaced, and they replaced the bottom part of the labtop).

Anyway, I looked at mulitple forums which led me to the "Device Manager" heres the problem :

1) No "Imaging device" and no "unknow devices" that

2)i tried to "add legacy hardware" and found the imaging device driver but i guess the "HP Webcame 101" isnt even installed on this computer anymore.

3)ive even downloaded DriverDoc, and it scanned all of my drivers and i saw that i found "HP Webcam 101" but im not able to find it myself, but whatever..If someone could help that would be amazing, i spent like 4 hours on this. lol

I did contact HP Technical Support. Unfortunately the warranty expired, so i will not be seeking service with HP. However, i do know that there are two possible reasons for this problem. Thank You very much for your help!
