HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-f1000 (508R7AV)

Hello everyone, in December 2022 I bought a Spectre 16 for around €2000. Less than a year later, the display has very unsightly scratches in the upper area, which were caused by touching the palm rest. I have already contacted HP twice and they told me I would have to pay for the repair myself as it is a cosmetic defect.

I find it very sad that the customer has to pay for HP's bad planning.

We're not talking about just any notebook here, but the absolute premium model for end customers...
