I see that you are having trouble while booting your HP PC. I will certainly try and help you fix this issue 🙂
To assist you better, could you please reply with the product number of your Pc and the operating system.
Alternatively, I would suggest performing a system recovery to try and reinstall the OS on your PC. This option reformats the system drive (usually C:), reinstalls the original operating system, and reinstalls all the original hardware drivers and software.
Go to http://hp.care/2dW3S5w and follow the steps under “Recovery when Windows 10 does not start correctly” since you are unable to boot properly.

Let's try to run the hard drive test and a system test to check any hardware failure with your machine. Follow the steps below:
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press the F2 key repeatedly, about once every second.
- The HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu is displayed.
- In the main menu, click component test.
- Then click on hard drive test.
- Select the Quick Test to perform a quick check of the hardware.
- Select the Extensive Test to perform a full check of the hardware. This test might take 2 or more hours to complete.

Thanks for the update!
You need to update the UEFI to run this test. since you cannot update the PC, I would recommend performing the test using the USB flash drive.
Go to http://hp.care/2bjZGry and follow the steps under " Testing from an external USB device (UEFI)".
Also, perform the "Extensive system test" as well to check for any hardware failures.
