I bought an HP15 touchscreen laptop last week.  Upgrade to Windows 10.  F12 key is constantly orange and keeps turning itself into airplane mode.  Ive gone into setting to turn it off, but the wireless still does not come on, even after restarting.  I tried to restoreto before the update and now the screen stays black.  I don't know if it is on with a blank screen or not even booting up.  The orange light is still on the F12 key and a white light is on where the charger  plugs in.  Please help, I really liked tis laptop thefew daysit worked correctly.

Is there a way to recover if flashing the BIOS doesn't work?

I upgraded from Win 7 to 10.  HP says that they don't support my model on Win10 and they don't give me any BIOS updates for Win10.  But if I say I have Win8, then HP shows a bunch of updates, including the BIOS.

So I want to use the Win8 BIOS update but I'm a little leary that I'll brick my laptop.

What do you think?

Well that worked!  I used Windows 8 BIOS update instead of Windows 10.
