Sorry to hear that,

 

Not sure what else can be done it may be a hardware problem with the fingerprint reader. The last step that may correct with that issue is running a system recovery which would reset the computer back to the factory state.

 

You would need to back up your important data before doing a recovery. Here is a link with instructions on how to do that.

It appears the computer is not recognizing the fingerprint reader. I would still suggest running a recovery if you have backed up all your important information.

 

If a recovery doesn't help with the problem then it is an issue with the hardware on the computer.

After BIOS update some of my programs dont work!! Touchpad i fixed myself, but fingerprint reader dont wanna work. It say that theres no fingerPrint Reader in my notebook. (OFC there is becouse i was using it before that BIOS update). SOme programs dont work well after that update.

 

Can anyone help me? Plz do it on easy way... im a girl 😉

First -excuese me that i wasynt replaing, but system login system wos down/broken.

 

My Bios version is that u have on ur page to install. (2011-10-31 , ver:F.1B, 4.96)

 

And thats exaacly what happend. After BIOS update I dont have FingerPrint Reader and Touchpad also (i can use  but I cant for ex.: zoom pictures, on and off touchpad).
